Pet Policy

We Love All Our Residents, No Matter the Number of Legs

Alta Wren knows that furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone and that's why we are happy to be a pet-friendly property. A leash-free pet park and pet spa are among the amenities to make your four-legged loved ones as comfortable as you.

Pet Fee $350.00 for the 1st pet, $150.00 for the second pet.  Monthly pet rent is $30.00.  2 Pet Limit.  NO weight restrictions.

Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted.

Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, Dogo, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull Rottweiler, Spitz, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canarios, Toso Inu, and Wolf-Dog Hybrid.
